The Workshop
- Main manufacturing bay 42,000 sq. ft. with one 40-ton and two 15-ton overhead cranes, hook height 26 ft.
- Second manufacturing bay 18,000 sq. ft. with two 20-ton cranes, hook height 20 ft.
- Third bay for ceramic fiber installation (5,000 sq. ft.)
- New external low-headroom facility for small items (9,000 sq. ft.)
- Twenty four 3-ton jib cranes for work areas
- 30 acres of land for raw material and finished product storage

- CNC cutting table (19 1/2' x 48') with oxyfuel and plasma torches
- 50 semiautomatic multiprocess welding machines
- 4 sub arc welding machines (production setup for stack casing and cone welding)
- 300-ton 14' Cincinnati press break
- 400-ton 20' Chicago press break
- 12' Cincinnati guillotine shear
- Plate Roller 1/2" x 8' capacity
- 125-ton Cincinnati punch press
- Piranha Ironworker
- Radial Drill
- Four forklifts: 4,000 lbs, 16,000 lbs, 18,000 lbs and 30,000 lbs
- Truck and Low Boy for internal material movements
- Four compressors - sand blasting ability

Workforce
- 80 workers (fitters, welders, helpers)
- All welders qualified in GMAW, many SMAW and FCAW (3G)
- All supervisors and QA inspectors certified level II in visual inspection and magnetic particle testing
